“You are growing, and your home should grow with you.” That’s what Maven is all about. The Maven bedroom units are filled with curated interiors with eclectic art and colorful patterns. During the launch last November 12, 2015, prospective clients and friends from the media were there to view the 3-bedroom and 1-bedroom model units designed by talented design firms – Heim Interiors included.
The rooms were specifically designed for people who want an ideal space to live, work, play, and learn. This is where you can host a pretty brunch, get lost in a good book, or enjoy the view. Whether you’re an explorer, a visionary, a socialite, or a leader, these rooms are for the excited visionaries and mavens!
Heim Interiors took to heart this true essence of casual sophistication through a modern look with a clean and crisp finish, light and refreshing hues, topped off with pops of vibrant colors. This was inspired by the true maven’s lifestyle, and Kim Jones was a muse to this outlook. Her go-getter personality, exciting escapades during travels, and her love for those everyday adventures, have always been in the core of Heim Interiors’ design.
The showrooms filled up in no time, as people were coming in to pique their interests with the new designs set especially for Maven’s city-dweller. From the kitchen’s streamlined designs, to the living rooms modern pieces, and to the unique personalities emulated through each room’s distinct look, the whole condo unit managed to create different elements that were all brought together with Heim Interiors’ knack for the fun and the unique.
The 3-Bedroom Unit (98-115 Sqm.) is designed for the family who is ready to grow, entertain friends, host visitors, and live at large. Designed and spearheaded by Idr. Rossy Anne Yabut – Rojales and her team from Heim Interiors, Sophia Simon and Karen Pascual, they designed a 3-bedroom unit inspired by classical french urban homes. All furniture pieces were custom-made by Heima Home and Lifestyle, with a few notable accessories added in from the same brand as well.
The organizers shared about Maven’s story, and were also presented by Mr. Joey Santos, SVP and General Manager of the Real Estate Division, and Kim Jones, Maven’s ambassadress. A lucky few were able to win colorful tokens that awarded them with gift certificates from establishments such as Larcy’s cupcakes and Starbucks cafe.
The event kicked off with good eats and beats, as a full spread was prepped up by The Wholesome Table for all the guests. A live acoustic set filled the airwaves, a wall featured polaroid shots of the guests taken by a roaming photographer, and a wide chalkboard wall became home to the many different doodles that doubled as a freedom wall for all.
People were surrounded by all things colorful – from tables, to lights, to quirky set-ups – and the chalkboard wall was just one of the many different ways, in the true style of a maven personality, that allowed everyone to share a bit of their creative side.
Maven is 62 stories high that is composed of 61 residential floors, 6 levels of underground parking, and 5 levels of amenities. Some the amenities to be found at the Maven are the Living Room, an outdoor landscaped area with the view of the Sierra Madre mountain range; a Craft Room, a space dedicated for your latest DIY project; and Chat Room, a cafe-inspired interior for intimate talks or catching up with your friends.
