About Manila Fame
Manila Fame is a bi-annual exhibition typically hosted at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. As the premier design and lifestyle event, Manila FAME was set up to showcase the Philippines a destination for sourcing home, fashion, holiday, architectural, and interior pieces.
The show regularly showcases the biggest names in Philippine design, but is also a champion of the best up-and-coming talents.
What to Expect
This year, the 66th edition of Manila FAME will focus on the Philippines’ rich heritage and design excellence. A heritage that spans generations upon generations of Filipino artisans.
The story behind textiles and patterns
In recent years we’ve seen a resurgence in the use of Philippine textiles and patterns. At this year’s Manila Fame, Design Commune: Patterns and Palettes will feature a thematic display curated by designer Tony Gonzales. It will highlight the use of local textiles, techniques, and patterns.
A global link
Manila Fame gives international buyers a chance to discover the best Philippine-made and designed products. It also brings together cultures, with world-renowned Chilean design specialist Nelson Sepulveda returning to Manila Fame. The showcase will highlight the beauty of indigenous and natural materials. Sepulveda has curated a distinct selection of items inspired by the human link to nature.

A celebration of cultural diversity and tradition
Small and medium enterprises across always have a special venue in Manila FAME. This year, expect various artisans and craftsmen to promote their region’s unique crafts as well as regional tourism. The Artisans Village truly is proof of the Philippines cultural diversity.
The centuries-old tradition of pagbabatok or tattooing will join this year’s edition of Manila FAME. Whang-Od Oggay, the last mambabatok of Kalinga, and her successors, Grace Palicas and Ilyang Wigan, are keeping a prized Kalinga skill alive and sustaining it for generations to come.
